After shopping the market and going down the path with another bank I was referred to Chris Coates from a family member of mine.  After the first conversation with Chris I knew he and his team were the right fit for me and my family.  I had previously worked in the mortgage industry but was blown away by the knowledge and understanding they showed in refinancing my loan.  Chris was able to refinance my existing 30 year fixed rate loan and cut my interest rate by over 1.25%.  We are now in a 20 Year fixed rate loan, we were able to skip two months mortgage payments and our payment went up less than $40 per month.  At every step of the refinance Chris kept me updated and informed on what was going on.  My loan was not an easy deal to get through, I am a salaried plus commission employee.  Chris knew exactly how to submit the loan and which lender to use.   We are now one step closer to achieving our financial goals thanks to American Capital Financial.  I would highly recommend Chris to anyone looking to purchase or refinance a home.

My wife and I recently consolidated and refinanced our first and second mortgage through American Capital Financial.  D.J.
