Listening to the sellers’ realtor at closing, she said she was really impressed with how attentive you guys were. She also mentioned that a lot of lenders she’s had to work with would never return her phone calls, or would wait and bring up issues on the day of closing. Ken and I both feel so fortunate that we had the opportunity to work with you. You helped reassure us over and over again regarding the status of loan. With as stressful as this process is without any issues, we’re just so appreciative that we were able to have a lender who really cared about making sure we had all of the information we needed.
