Rates stayed the same this morning but we just had a slight rate drop. They may be headed down a bit for the next day or so. Lock in today

I have noticed that rates have crept up just a bit every day for the last week or so. Rates are still great and it may be time to lock in

We did see rates go up a tad bit today but they are still incredibly low. Conforming rates are at 4.75 with a apr of 5%.

I feel like the mattress salesman with “Crazy Deals”. The Mortgage rates today are amazing! How long can these rates stay so low?
