Rates are headed back down the last couple of days!

Mortgage rates have been slowly heading back down the last couple of days. We have seen two slight rate decreases today alone.

It looks like rates are coming down a little bit from last weeks spike.

Rates are again great this week. First time home buyers programs are still available and monthly payments are as low as they get!

Mortgage rates are great again today. We are below the national average on most loan programs today.

Mortgage rates are incredible today. After a week or two of slightly higher rates we have seen a nice drop in rates the last 3 days.

It looks like rates are going to creep up slightly this afternoon or over night, now is a good time to lock in.

If you have not refinanced into a sub 5% rate then you should think about doing it soon.
