Interest rates are on the rise today. We have already seen two rate increases.

Mortgage rates are staying pretty flat. Still nice and low but not a whole lot of movement up or down the last couple of days.

So far today rates have not moved since they went up on Friday. Rates are still amazing and right now is the time to lock in!!

We did see rates go up a tad bit today but they are still incredibly low. Conforming rates are at 4.75 with a apr of 5%.

I feel like the mattress salesman with “Crazy Deals”. The Mortgage rates today are amazing! How long can these rates stay so low?

Rates have gone down two straight days. I’m telling you there has not been a better day to lock in a rate for the past 6 months.

We just watched the rates reduce. Right now is as good as time as there has been in the past several weeks to lock your rate in.

We haven’t seen much change in Mortgage rates. A little up, a little down but over all they have stayed low. Great time to lock in.

Rates are still holding strong today. You can get plenty of savings with the rates that we are seeing today!

Some what of a surprise to see rates staying flat today. Today is a great time to jump in and lock rates on a refinance or home purchase.
