Rates are great again today and the market is going down some more. if ever there was a time to do this now is the time.

I know I say rates are great all the time but today they are exceptional. Seriously today is about as good of day as we have had in a while!

Gloomy day here in Denver but the mortgage rates are still a bright spot. FHA as well as conforming pricing is really good today.

Rates are still in great shape today. Especially enticing are the 5% down conforming loans with no mortgage insurance.
