We just had another rate reduction, and it looks like the first time home buyer tax credit will be extended. Now is the time!!

Woohoo Rates have come down today! Rates are more in line with the ultra low rates we were seeing last week. FHA is really low today!

Rates have stayed pretty flat today. Still up a little from last week but still fantastically low. 30 year fixed rates at arms prices!

Yesterday afternoon and this morning we noticed rates increase a little bit across the board. The increase is less than .125% from Monday.

Rates are in good shape today. 15 year FHA rates look especially tasty. Remember, no monthly Mortgage insurance on 15 year FHA loans.

The tax credit sounds like it’s going to be extended until June. If you have been sitting on the sidelines now is the time to buy!

It’s snowy here but rates continue to drop. We are even lower than yesterday’s lows. It is a great time to lock in a rate

We have seen rates drop the past three days. FHA rates are especially amazing. They are only .5% away from historic lows.!

Just had two different banks show a slight decrease in rate.

Just watched rates rise a little bit across the board. Not a huge jump but I hope it’s not a indication of things to come.
