Rates are great today and pundits are claiming we are going to see a rate increase soon. It’s better to be safe than sorry, lock in now!

Today we saw rates go down a little bit. Rates are in line with where they were on Friday when one lender was saying now is the time to lock

Rates are in good shape today. Now is the time to start looking if you want to tax advantage of the tax credits.

FHA announced yesterday some major changes to home financing. Now is the time to buy before it becomes considerably more expensive

Rates look great again today. FHA is especially enticing.

We just watched rates drop a little bit. They are lower than yesterday and lower than any point over the last week or so.

Remember the tax credit for first time home buyers and long time home owners ends in April. You need to be under contract by April 30th!!!!

Rates went up ever so slightly this morning. We are .125% below the national average for 30 year fixed rates today.

5/3rd bank says “today is a great day for rates”. Today may be the day to lock in rates!
