I built this company on high integrity and strong ethics. I put a premium on customer service by hiring a senior staff with a combined 27+ years of mortgage experience. American Capital Financial was formed around keeping the total loan experience professional and satisfying. Instead of focusing on getting the most volume through the business, I focused on education. When a customer closes their home loan with us I expect them to tell everyone about how American Capital Financial is a company that is integrity based, offers great programs for any homeowner and is extremely thorough in educating.
