It looks like rates are going to creep up slightly this afternoon or over night, now is a good time to lock in.

If you have not refinanced into a sub 5% rate then you should think about doing it soon.

Rates have been up and down the last several days but they are in great shape today.

If you have a VA loan with > 5.25% rate call today for a streamline. A streamline has Lower cost and rates as low as 4.25% fixed (APR 4.5%)

Mortgage rates have stayed really low. VA and FHA rates are especially good today.
