5/3rd bank says “today is a great day for rates”. Today may be the day to lock in rates!

Since today is MLK day we do not have any updates on rates. Enjoy the day off everyone!

FHA rates are fantastic. We are way below national average on FHA rates. Today is the best day in a couple weeks to lock in a FHA rates.
