Rates rose a little bit this morning.

We have not seen much actions on the rates this morning. They are down from Monday but still higher than two weeks ago.

We have seen a couple more banks with price improvements this afternoon. Hopefully this makes for a run back down before the end of ’09.

Rates have stayed the same today. We have seen some smaller banks with rate improvement’s, but not enough to lower over all rates.

Rates have gone up almost every day for the last week. Hopefully the New Year will ring in with lower rates!

It looks like rates stayed the same this morning after all the rate increases yesterday. Rates are still low, but not as low as last week.

Rates are up across the board today. We have seen more than one rate increase from several banks today.

Rates are in great shape today. Now is the time to start looking to buy a house before the first time home buyer tax credit end in April.
