Conforming 30 year fixed rates stayed the same today. Rates are still low and it’s time to start worrying about them going up.

FHA rates are great today. I have first time home buyer programs that pay the down payment. Call today and take advantage of the tax credit.

Rates had a bump down on Friday and bumped right back up this morning. Rates are still fantastic, but not as fantastic and 6 weeks ago.

Rates went back up yesterday afternoon and we have not seen much change today.

Wohoo! we have had an across the board rate decrease today. One more rate decrease and it will be time to lock in some loans. Call today!

We watched a slight increase in rates across the board this afternoon. It looks like ’10 is going to be a roller coaster just like ’09.

It looks like we are seeing a mild reduction in rates right now. Several banks have updated rate sheets in the last hour.

Nothing to report on rates today. Little has changed since the end of 2009. Happy New Year!
