FHA announced yesterday some major changes to home financing. Now is the time to buy before it becomes considerably more expensive

Rates look great again today. FHA is especially enticing.

We just watched rates drop a little bit. They are lower than yesterday and lower than any point over the last week or so.

Remember the tax credit for first time home buyers and long time home owners ends in April. You need to be under contract by April 30th!!!!

Rates went up ever so slightly this morning. We are .125% below the national average for 30 year fixed rates today.

5/3rd bank says “today is a great day for rates”. Today may be the day to lock in rates!

FHA rates are fantastic. We are way below national average on FHA rates. Today is the best day in a couple weeks to lock in a FHA rates.
