I moved here March of 2016 to start a new career, and was just a renter at the time. After considering the cost of renting/owning i decided to start my search of homeownership. Through the grapevine, a friend of mine put me in touch with Ryan a realtor and close friend of DJ’s. After deciding to go for it,and the madness that comes along with homebuying in Colorado, I was introduced to DJ. He helped me every step of the way through my process, with all of the paper work and things needed to secure a loan DJ really made things turn key. Like any life changing process, there is always bumps in the road! I can say from my experience working with DJ and his team, they combat any situations that may arise and take care of them immediately. Getting a new mortgage is never fun, especially when we are self employed and have all of the necessary qualifications. My wife and I worked with DJ and his team at American Capital Financial on the purchase of a new home in 2016. Again, not an industry standard, but, he did it, free of charge. BEFORE I even agreed to sign with him. That’s exceptional.
